und so weiter

generics international scores well but herbs are even cheaper.  Why do we listen to the doctors "they're unregulated" mantra??  Pfizer = German migrants, Merck = obviously German company, Bayer?  DUH!  It's Deutsch.  That leaves Americans with good ole Johnson&Johnson ... somehow I imagine drugs coming from them might give me dry mouth.  'luv that Deutsche Bundesministerium für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Verbraucherschutz (aka. the German FDA) but the Germans -- unlike Americans -- don't demonize herbs.  They even have a clandestine-sounding bureacractic agency, the Commission E, for regulating herbs.  US = ignorant bigots ... with uselessly slothful agencies.

gingko, ginseng, arginine and yohimbe should be avoided. licorice should definitely be added for a plethora of reasons: phytoestrogen in this case, and generally as antihistamine, fatigue, hepatatics, etc. 1:5 tincture = 2 - 5 mL x3 daily

ADAM and NutritionWorks are the encyclopedias that EarthFare and BareEssentials use online.  Ex: "Chaste berry is most effective when the underlying cause ... is elevated levels of the hormone, prolactin." YES!  175 - 225 mg daily
